3 x cups self-raising flour, Pinch of salt, 250mL cream, 250mL x lemonade, 250g Frozen Raspberries (optional).

Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour in cream and lemonade.

Gently combine with a flat bladed knife until mixture comes together. Turn dough onto a lightly-floured surface.

Gently bring together, with Raspberries (optional), kneading lightly if needed until smooth and pliable.

Cut scones using a large cookie cutter. Arrange close together on a lightly greased tray.

Brush over some milk. Bake at 220°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Serve with jam and cream.

1 x tablespoon butter, ½ x cup sugar, 1 x egg, 1 x cup cold mashed pumpkin, 2 x cups self-raising flour.

Combine butter and sugar with electric beater in a large bowl.

Add egg and pumpkin and beat until well combined.

With a flat bladed knife, stir through the flour, and turn out on bench.

Combine with your hands and bring dough together. Cut with a large cutter.

Place on greased tray close together and bake for 10-20 minutes at 220°C.

When cooked, they should be brown on top.
